Refund policy

At Bohomira, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Returns & Exchange

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Products that are damaged, used, or defective due to customer handling will not be eligible for return or exchange. Free exchanges are available for same size or style.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request through the Returns section on our website. For further assistance, you can also reach us at support@bohomira.com or via WhatsApp.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original mode of payment.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales, across all product categories, are not eligible for return or exchange

4. Shipping for Returns

  • If the product you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is free.

  • For all other returns, nominal shipping charges may apply.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible—you may request a return instead, for which nominal charges will be applied.
